General Ordering Information: Terms and Conditions

This page contains important information about ordering terms and shipping policies. Any order placed with my site (by phone, email, or the online shopping cart) is acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms.

Placing An Order
You may place your order online through one of these order options:

1) Call me at (+81) 90-5441-6501

2) Email your order. Include shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment method.

When placing a phone or an email order, it is understood that you acknowledge your acceptance and agreement to all terms/conditions of sale as posted on my site. Once the order is received you will receive an email confirmation of the order total (including shipping/handling costs)

I reserve the right to make adjustments to published rates due to keying/typing errors on my part, interest rate adjustments and product description errors. This applies to all prices published and product descriptions on my web site, in email flyers, and any other published material received from my site.

Stocks are extremely exclusive and some items are limited to ONLY 5 pieces (subjected to availability). They are shipped out according to a first come first basis.

Every precaution is taken to pack your order so it arrives safely. Unfortunately, I have no control over the handling of a package once it leaves my facility.

I do not accept returns or make exchanges. If you are uncertain about a product, please contact me and I will gladly assist with any questions or concerns. Once payments are received, orders are finalised and no cancellations are granted once an order has shipped.

Payments
1. Paypal (Preferred)

Customers with Paypal accounts can simply buy an item by clicking on the "Buy Now" buttons. Paypal payments from only Singapore accounts are accepted. All payments are to be in Japanese Yen (¥) only.

I cannot send a Paypal Request For Payment notification unless the email address listed on your order matches the email address on file for your Paypal account.

Paypal payment must be received within 24-48 hours of email payment notification to avoid order cancellation.

2. Bank drafts and Telegraphic transfers.

Please email me at lord.daniel.san@gmail.com for payments by bank draft or telegraphic transfers.

Shipping And Delivery
Shipping cost is estimated to be a flat ¥2400 (otherwise stated) per item not exceeding 1.0kg in weight to Singapore. For consolidated orders, please email me for an estimated shipping rate. All orders are shipped directly from Japan to Singapore via EMS (Japan). International orders are welcome subjected EMS Japan shipping charge.

Every effort is made to ship orders within 2 business days upon receipt of payment but I do not guarantee delivery dates on any postal shipments. Delivery is based on the estimated delivery timeframe by EMS (Japan). On average, it takes 3-14 days to receive postal shipments. However, delivery can take up to 30 days in some instances.

I DO NOT compensate for any damage or loss until the postal service approves and pays the claim.

Customers are responsible for any brokerage fees and duty taxes assessed by your country.

The shipping amount shown during checkout is only an estimated charge generated by the Paypal online system. The system is unable to determine and account for multiple boxes, dimensional weights, and certain surcharges. Shipping charges may be higher (or lower) than the online estimate. In most cases, the shipping charges shown are accurate. If I find you have been overcharged in shipping costs, your order total will be adjusted when the order ships.
